Application and Dosage of MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water
Typically RXSOL-40-4009-025 should be dosed to give 80 ppm (80 g per 1000 lt). Dose at 160 ppm (160 g per 1000 Lt) for heavily fouled systems. Do not mix with other chemicals. Can be dosed by hand or through automatic dosing equipment. It is always advisable to carry out a ‘Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health’ (COSHH) assessment before use. WEEKLY CONTROL DOSE: When microbial control is evident, add 100 to 500 ml per MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water RXSOL-40-4009-025 for per 3000 to 5000 Ltr of water in the system
AIR WASHER SYSTEMS: Add to the air washer sump or chill water sump to insure uniform mixing, 200 ml - 3 Ltr of MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water RXSOL-40-4009-025 for per 3000 to 5000 Ltr of water in the system, DOSE ration directly proportional of contamination to control microbial biofilms, bacteria, fungi, and algae which cause fouling in industrial air washer systems.Dose Ratio of RXSOL-40-4009-025 for CONTINUOUS FEED METHOD Maintain this treatment level by adding a continuous feed of 100 ml to 1000 ml of MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water RXSOL-40-4009-025 per 1000 gallon of makeup water).NOTE : Badly fouled systems must be cleaned before initial treatment.Dose Ratio of RXSOL-40-4009-025 for INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS AND SEWAGE SYSTEMSINITIAL DOSE for Noticeably Fouled Condition: 500 ml - 4000 ml of MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water RXSOL-40-4009-025 per 3000 Ltr of water in the system.
